Karen founded Factor Philanthropy after nearly twenty years working in the philanthropic, nonprofit, and private sector. Her broad-based experience and exposure has given her a passion for creating social impact, driving change, and delivering results. Karen has her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her BA from Stanford University. She lives with her family in Connecticut.
